MAWASCO provides water supply and sewerage services to residents and businesses in Malindi and surrounding areas. Our customer portal allows you to:

• View and pay your water bills
• Track your water consumption
• Submit service requests and report issues
• Request new water connections
• Manage your account information

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your contact information is up to date

Bills are generated monthly based on your water consumption. Payment is due within 14 days of bill generation. Failure to pay may result in:

• Late payment penalties
• Disconnection of water services
• Legal action for debt recovery

We accept payments via M-Pesa, bank transfer, and at our offices.

You agree not to:

• Tamper with water meters or supply infrastructure
• Use the portal for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAWASCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Interruption of water supply due to maintenance or emergencies
• Technical issues with the customer portal
• Force majeure events beyond our control

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
