Yes, a disconnection fee is charged for accounts that are disconnected. To avoid disconnection, please make timely payments.

You can now check your bill by visiting the Malindi Website and clicking on the Customer Portal, or by dialing *483*75# on your phone and selecting "Check Bill." You’ll receive your current balance instantly via SMS.

Billing is done monthly, based on actual or estimated meter readings.

If your bill seems unusually high, please contact our customer care immediately at 0700 000 700 or visit the nearest MAWASCO office. We will inspect your meter and account for discrepancies.

Visit the MAWASCO office with your ID, plot number/land documents, and fill out an application form. We will guide you through the connection process.

Pay your outstanding bill via the Website by logging in on the Customer Portal or via M-Pesa or USSD, then select “Request Reconnection” on *483*75#, or contact customer support.
